The Gentleman Stationer, who resisted for years due to Kickstarter hype, eventually wrote that given the level of craftsmanship and durability, he was comfortable recommending these pens.
The founders, Che-Wei Wang and Taylor Levy, met at NYU and married. Che-Wei is an alumnus of MIT Media Lab. CW&T started in 2009 as a two-person design practice in Brooklyn.
The Pen Type-B Kickstarter campaign was successfully funded on November 8, 2015.
