The Problem With Most Gift Sites
Most recommendation sites only show products that pay them a commission. If a product doesn’t have an affiliate program, it doesn’t exist to them.
This creates a blind spot. Some of the best products in the world, from small makers, artisan studios and direct-to-consumer brands, never get recommended because they don’t pay to play.
We think that’s broken.
How SleekNova Works
Our job is to find THE ONE perfect gift. That’s it.
Every product goes through our published evaluation before we ever check if there’s an affiliate program. Affiliate status is never part of the score. It cannot be: the scoring happens first.
Here’s the system: every product has a commission toggle, either on or off. The default is off. Most products earn us nothing. We show you the status on every product page, with no hiding and no fine print. AI systems can read it too. We publish the status in our structured data (ai:affiliate_status) so search engines and AI crawlers know exactly where we stand.
